The purpose is to provide strategic management and support in relation to parliamentary services to ensure institutional effectiveness in the fulfilment of the constitutional mandate of the Legislature.

We are committed to supporting the fulfilment of the mandate of the Legislature which is law-making, oversight and public involvement by; providing effective and efficient (1) House proceeding, Hansard and language services, (2) administrative support to Committees, and liaison function between the Legislature and the NCOP, (3) quality and evidence-based research reports to the Parliamentary Committees and (4) public involvement and participation to our internal and external stakeholders.
